We love adventures with our couples who are within there element. April and Frederick took us to the city of Ventura which is close to home. They wanted to feel comfortable, they wanted an experience they are accustomed to, and most of all, they wanted to feel at home. The city of Ventura gave those feelings as we explore the Downtown area. April and Frederick enjoyed each other's company as we went to their favorite stores; all we could do is capture every moment. Each store we went to that day had some story to them or some familiarity to them from the past. From the furniture store that they both love and dream of one day furnishing their home with, to the coffee shop that they spend their time together as they reminisced.
As we kept exploring the city with them, we realized that home is wherever they are as long as they are together. When they laugh at each other, dance in the street together while everyone watched, kiss each other, and hold each other. That is what the feeling of security, familiarity, and home feels like to both of them. When they tie the knot in March, those feelings they had that day in Ventura will be revisited. What will change now is that they have a lifetime of exploration to experience together.
