One of our highlights this year was doing a photoshoot at our favorite place, Joshua Tree, and meeting Jiyeon and Torian. They were so fun to be around with and they made it easy for us to capture them. We enjoyed getting to know the story of how they met at a random Starbucks in Korea and then got married in less than a year.
We naturally connected with each other and felt like we could have talked to them the entire day even in the Joshua Tree heat. It was like we have known them for years. What made that day even more special was that we kept in touch and became friends afterwards. They went out of their way to have lunch with us during our trip up North even with their busy schedule.
A big thank you to Jiyeon and Torian for introducing us to one of the best Mac & Cheese restaurants in Oakland and a great conversation.
